Accountant

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Accounting: Independently manage the complete books of accounts for our four distinct firms
• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Handle all bookkeeping and daily financial entries using a professional accounting software.

Reconciliation & Invoicing:

Prepare bi-monthly bank reconciliation statements.

Create and manage sales invoices and track accounts receivable.

Statutory Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns.

Manage all TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and return filing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Software Proficiency (Mandatory): Proven expertise in at least one professional, GST-compliant accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy, Marg ERP). The candidate must be able to manage the entire accounting process independently.
• Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines for multiple entities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
