Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records, deductions, and benefits.
- Manage school fee collection system and maintain student-wise account tracking.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monitor expenditures in coordination with school leadership.
- Assist in annual audits, including preparation of financial statements and coordination with auditors.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues such as TDS, PF, PT, and GST.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage day-to-day banking operations.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Liaise with vendors, staff, and parents regarding financial transactions as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CA Inter preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an educational institution or non-profit organization.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with school fee management systems or ERP software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic school environment.
- Good interpersonal skills for interacting with parents and staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
