Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who can handle complete accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting, GST, taxation, bank reconciliation, sales & purchase entries, audits, and e-billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain daily accounting operations and financial records.
  • Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries in accounting software.
  • Prepare and manage debit & credit notes and maintain ledger accounts.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and tax compliance activities.
  • Assist in internal and external audits with proper documentation.
  • Generate and manage e-bills, invoices, and payment receipts.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups and vendor reconciliation.
  • Support the management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Excel / any accounting software.
  • Sound understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and audit processes.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
