Accountant

Tabeer Developments is a leading real estate developer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects across prime locations. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team and play a vital role in managing receivables, collections, and customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and billing information.
• Prepare monthly aging reports and provide analysis on receivables performance.
• Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Collaborate with sales, property management, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting by providing accurate receivables data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
