Accountant

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accountant to handle and supervise the company’s day-to-day financial activities. The selected candidate will ensure all financial transactions are recorded with accuracy and in line with accounting principles. This position demands strong attention to detail, ensuring error-free documentation and timely financial processing.

Job Summary:

Oversee daily accounting functions with a focus on precision in data entry and financial documentation.
The role calls for exceptional accuracy to ensure correct recording of all transactions, adherence to accounting standards, and prompt data processing. The candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting practices and effective data management.

• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial accounts to confirm data accuracy and support cash flow tracking.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records that comply with both regulatory and company policies.
• Keep digital and physical records organized through systematic data updates and entries.
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for efficient financial management.
• Process payroll and maintain updated employee salary records.
• Manage vendor accounts, contracts, and payment timelines to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Additional credentials preferred: MBA (Finance), ACCA part-qualified, CA Inter, or ICMA Inter.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial data management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of accounting software and data organization tools.
