Financial Record Keeping

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Recording daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Managing vendor payments and supplier invoices
  • Preparing customer invoices and tracking outstanding payments

3. Bookkeeping & Ledger Management

  • Posting entries to general ledger accounts
  • Reconciling accounts regularly to ensure accuracy

4. Tax Preparation & Compliance

  • Preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and deadlines

5. Financial Reporting

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Generating profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

6. Bank Reconciliation

  • Reconciling bank statements with internal records
  • Identifying discrepancies and resolving issues

7. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring expenses
  • Supporting management with financial projections

8. Payroll Processing

  • Calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursement

9. Audit Support

  • Preparing documents for internal and external audits
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements

10. Financial Analysis

  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
  • Providing insights to support business decisions

11. Internal Controls

  • Implementing and monitoring financial discipline
  • Ensuring proper approval processes and safeguarding company assets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
