Performance Management<ul><li>Coordinate and assist in the performance appraisal process.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback support to managers.</li><li>Help identify training and development needs based on performance reviews.</li></ul>5. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.</li><li>Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Policy Management<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain records related to statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).</li></ul>7. Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.</li><li>Implement health, safety, and wellness initiatives to promote a positive work environment.</li></ul>8. Key Responsibilities of a Dispatch Executive:<ul><li>Scheduling and Coordination</li><li>Plan and schedule deliveries or transportation activities.</li><li>Assign drivers/vehicles based on availability, route, and priority.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams.</li><li>Order Processing</li><li>Review and process dispatch orders from sales or operations teams.</li><li>Ensure all orders are accurately entered into the system.</li><li>Route Optimization</li><li>Plan efficient delivery routes to save time and reduce costs.</li><li>Use GPS or dispatch software to monitor and adjust routes in real time.</li><li>Communication</li><li>Maintain constant communication with drivers and field staff.</li><li>Address and resolve any issues during transit (delays, breakdowns, etc.).</li><li>Documentation and Reporting</li><li>Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, delivery reports, and transportation records.</li><li>Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.</li><li>Tracking and Monitoring</li><li>Track movement of vehicles/goods using GPS or tracking tools.</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies.</li><li>Customer Service</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery status.</li><li>Handle delivery complaints or feedback professionally.</li><li>Compliance and Safety</li><li>Ensure all dispatch activities adhere to company policies and safety regulations.</li><li>Monitor driver behavior and compliance with transport rules.</li><li>Team Coordination</li><li>Work closely with other departments such as sales, inventory, warehouse, and customer support.</li><li>Support driver onboarding and training if needed.</li><li>Emergency Response</li><li>Act quickly to manage emergencies like vehicle breakdowns, route closures, or weather disruptions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,309.10 - &#8377;28,569.62 per monthWork Location: In person
