Sales & Marketing Executive

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Analyze competitor activities and market conditions
• Identify new business opportunities
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Maintain and update customer database
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Manage digital marketing activities (Social Media, Google Ads, Email Marketing)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Promote company products and services
• Develop marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations)
• Maintain brand image and consistency
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle client queries and feedback
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Accounts)
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports
• Track sales targets and marketing ROI
• Organize promotional events and exhibitions
• Conduct field visits to meet clients
• Represent the company in trade shows and networking events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
