Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

· Develop annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with business objectives.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

· Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans.

2. Product Management

· Manage the product portfolio including admixtures, waterproofing, grouts, sealants, flooring systems, repair and protection products, etc.

· Coordinate with R&D and technical teams for new product launches and performance improvements.

· Prepare technical literature, data sheets, and case studies.

3. Brand Development & Promotion

· Develop and execute brand-building activities through digital, print, and on-ground channels.

· Organize technical seminars, webinars, trade shows, and exhibitions.

· Collaborate with distributors and applicators for joint marketing programs.

4. Sales Support

· Generate qualified leads through campaigns and marketing initiatives.

· Develop sales tools: brochures, presentations, digital assets, etc.

· Support regional sales teams with product training and technical presentations.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

· Build relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and project owners.

· Participate in industry associations and forums to enhance company visibility.

6. Reporting & Analysis

· Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and market trends.

· Provide periodic reports and insights to management for strategic decisions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
