Sales & Marketing Executive

​We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Businessmen Services firm in Dubai. This role is a hybrid of digital content creation and high-level sales. You will be responsible for building our brand presence on social media and converting those followers into active clients for business setup and PRO services.

​Key Responsibilities ​Content Creation: Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts. Design posts and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) that explain Dubai business setup processes.

​Sales & Lead Conversion: Turn social media inquiries and cold leads into successful sales for Trade Licenses, Visas, and Corporate Services.

​Consultation: Meet with clients to provide expert advice on UAE company formations and legal requirements.

​Networking: Represent the company at networking events and build a pipeline of potential investors and entrepreneurs.

​Client Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure renewal of licenses and additional service upsells.

Compensation & Commission Structure Monthly Base Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (Depending on experience).

​Sales Commission: Attractive commission

​Bonus Incentives: Additional cash bonuses for exceeding monthly or quarterly targets. ​With commissions, a high-performer can expect to earn significantly above the base salary.

​Requirements & Skills ​Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience with social media algorithms and content tools (Canva/CapCut).

​Sales Background: Proven ability to close deals and handle objections professionally.

​Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s business setup landscape (DED, Free Zones, etc.) is highly preferred.

​Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

​Attributes: Self-motivated, punctual, and a "go-getter" attitude.
