Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer

• Preventive Maintenance
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
• Breakdown Handling
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or utility breakdowns quickly.
• Equipment Reliability
• Ensure smooth and safe operation of machines and equipment.
• Maintenance Planning
• Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
• Spare Parts Management
• Identify, maintain, and control spare parts inventory.
• Safety Compliance
• Follow safety rules and ensure safe working conditions.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and machine history.
• Coordination with Production
• Work closely with production team to minimize downtime.
• Vendor & AMC Management
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, services, and annual maintenance contracts.
• Energy & Utility Management
• Monitor utilities like power, air, water, and steam systems.
• Continuous Improvement
• Suggest modifications to improve machine efficiency and reduce costs.
• Training & Supervision
• Guide and train technicians and maintenance staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
