About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage DACBY’s day-to-day financial operations — from bookkeeping and reconciliations to compliance and reporting. You’ll work directly with the founding team to ensure our numbers stay sharp, accurate, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Books.
  • Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings, ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Manage vendor payments, invoices, and credit/debit notes.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and payment gateways.
  • Coordinate with CA for audits, ROC filings, and financial reviews.
  • Track accounts receivable/payable and maintain clear MIS reports.
  • Support management in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Maintain records for all employee reimbursements and payroll-related accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
