Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties.
- Transaction Management: Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, making payments, and overseeing tenant billing and collections.
- Reconciliation: Perform detailed reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts, including conducting variance analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and real estate industry standards, and assist with tax document preparation.
- Audit Support: Assist with both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial information.
- Cash Management: Monitor property cash flows and assist with funding requirements.
