*Hiring: Accounts Executive & QuickBooks Accountant (U.S. Clients)*

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated accounting professionals to join our growing team. If you have experience in Tally for payroll processing or are looking to build your career as a QuickBooks Accountant for U.S.-based clients, we would love to hear from you.

1 *. Accounts Executive*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping: journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations

* Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

* Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

* Process invoices, payments, and vendor management

* Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

* Assist in GST/TDS filings, tax preparation, and audits

* Monitor cash flow and budget usage

* Support internal and external audits

* Provide financial insights and reports for management decision-making

*Key Requirements*

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.

* Hands-on experience with Tally (mandatory).

* Basic understanding of payroll components and statutory compliance.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

2. *QuickBooks Accountant – U.S. Clients*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks, including AP/AR, expenses, and bank reconciliations.

* Support invoice processing, payments tracking, and collections follow-up.

* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to meet reporting requirements.

* Analyze financial data and suggest corrective actions.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

*Key Requirements*

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and willingness to learn QuickBooks.

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and eagerness to grow.

* QuickBooks certification is a plus.

*Preferred knowledge*

* Experience in MIS reporting and payroll analytics

* Prior experience in industry-related accounting

* Prior Payroll experience is plus
