Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong command over accounting principles, bookkeeping, and software tools, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
• Prepare monthly closing statements, financial summaries, and expense reports.
• Support payroll preparation and statutory deductions where applicable.
• Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all finance operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in accounting roles (preferably in logistics, trading, or service sector).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
