Role & Responsibilities:

  • Account Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial statements.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and credit notes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Audit and Taxation: Assist with external audits and taxation matters, including preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including management reports.
  • Assist in calculating and ensuring compliance with TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) requirements.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software is necessary
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Keen attention to detail in invoice creation, billing, and payment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
