Job Opening: Accountant – Trading Company (Abu Dhabi Musaffah Branch)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our trading operations in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must have strong experience in trading companies and be capable of handling large-volume transactions, daily reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries (purchases, sales, receipts, payments, petty cash).

Conduct supplier & customer reconciliation on a weekly/monthly basis.

Prepare VAT computations, filing, and supporting documents.

Manage accounts receivable and follow-up for payments.

Monitor ageing reports and highlight overdue accounts.

Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow statements.

Coordinate with the sales & logistics team for invoice accuracy.

Support month-end closing and financial reporting for the head office.

Maintain proper documentation for audits.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in a trading company (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / similar ERP software.

Ability to manage heavy transaction volumes.

Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 (depending on experience).
