Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
Invoicing & Billing
- Prepare monthly invoices for clients.
- Track payment status and follow up for pending payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, POs, and receipts.
Payroll & Compliance
- Process monthly salaries and maintain payroll records.
- Handle employee reimbursement, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Manage TDS, GST filing, and coordinate with auditors.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash-flow reports, and balance sheets.
- Assist management in budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and financial documents.
HR & Recruitment Support
- Handle end-to-end recruitment:
- Creating job postings
- Screening resumes
- Scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with department heads
- Final selection and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks when required.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing details and approvals.
- Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and financial institutions.
- Support management with financial insights and reports.

Pay: ₹18,544.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
