Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Record and reconcile all financial transactions.

Invoicing & Billing

  • Prepare monthly invoices for clients.
  • Track payment status and follow up for pending payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, POs, and receipts.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Process monthly salaries and maintain payroll records.
  • Handle employee reimbursement, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage TDS, GST filing, and coordinate with auditors.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cash-flow reports, and balance sheets.
  • Assist management in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and financial documents.

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment:
  • Creating job postings
  • Screening resumes
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating with department heads
  • Final selection and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks when required.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams for billing details and approvals.
  • Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and financial institutions.
  • Support management with financial insights and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,544.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
