Accountant

Requirements:

1- Bachelor Degree of accounting.

2- Previous clinics or hospital experience is a must.

3- Comfortably using accounting software.

4- Having a good Microsoft office (Excel).

5- 5- 10 years with Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai experience .

6- Fixable working hours, 6 days a week.

Job Description.

1- Have a good experience and knowledge in GL accounts reconciliation, petty cash, daily cash collections, banks & suppliers payments.

2- Assist in both AR, AP, financial statement, inventory & VAT.

3- Have a solid experience in bookkeeping, filing & gathering supported document.

4- Following and helping the process of implementing internal accounting policies.

5- Ability to maintain up to date, accurate and timely transactions.

6- Aligning general ledger accounts to support weekly/ monthly reporting & for budget purposes.

7- Having enough experience in chart of account structure.

8- Fair knowledge in intercompany transactions.

9 -To prepare, check and verify payroll worksheet and timely submission and release of salary including Over time, incentive, other reimbursements, and deductions from the ledger.

10 -Preparation of WPS report and submission for salary release

11- Preparation of Doctors revenue share and incentive based on contracts

12- Preparation of final settlement and knowledge of UAE labour Law

13 - Posting monthly payroll related entries, accruals, provisions, and amortizations in the books

14 - Reconciling Sub-ledger to General ledger account balances

15 - Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses

16 - Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management

17 - Preparation of Schedules for the Annual Audit

18 - Preparation of Revenue reports and Management reports and submission
