Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate Accountant to join our Finance team, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR). This role is ideal for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting who are looking to start their professional career and gain hands-on experience in financial operations, invoicing, and customer accounts management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and record customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Record daily receipts and ensure proper allocation in the accounting system
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support internal and external audits by providing required AR information
• Coordinate with sales and other departments regarding customer billing issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, especially Accounts Receivable
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
