About the Role

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Accountant with 3–4 years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounting operations, including stock and inventory management, ERP and online portal reconciliation, payroll support, taxation, and financial reporting. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete accounting records including journals, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements
• Record, review, and reconcile daily transactions (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and bank balances
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records; conduct periodic stock reconciliations
• Track stock inflow and outflow and coordinate with operations and procurement teams
• Manage ERP accounting entries and ensure system data is accurate and up to date
• Handle reconciliation for online platforms such as Noon, Talabat, Careem, and other e-commerce portals
• Assist in payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits
• Assist with VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory compliance and filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control reporting
• Prepare financial insights, trend analysis, and performance reports for management
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 4 years of accounting experience (home country experience also accepted)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, stock management, and ERP systems
• Experience with e-commerce portal reconciliation (Noon, Talabat, Careem, etc.) is an added advantage
• Educational Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / ACCA / or equivalent
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Must have accounting software knowledge-(ERP)
• Must be on Husband Visa / Sponsored Visa / Father’s Visa
• Immediate availability for interview and joining
