About the Role

We are a growing logistics and transportation company with inter-company operations. We are looking for a practical Accounts & Operations Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting work and also support basic operational reporting and controls.

This role is suitable for someone who wants stable work, learning exposure, and long-term growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting (Primary Role)

  • Create and post sales invoices and vendor bills in Zoho Books
  • Handle inter-company entries (Old company ↔ New company)
  • Post truck rent / vehicle lease invoices and expenses
  • Record bank and cash payments
  • Maintain proper documentation and attachments
  • Assist with VAT-related entries and reports
  • Perform basic bank reconciliation

Operations & Reporting (Secondary Role)

  • Prepare daily / weekly expense summaries
  • Track truck-wise costs (fuel, rent, maintenance)
  • Maintain document expiry trackers (insurance, mulkiya, permits)
  • Follow up for pending invoices and missing bills
  • Support billing follow-ups and ageing reports
  • Assist management with basic Excel reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
