Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Experience Required: 1-3 years (Travel & Tourism / Service Industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:-

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Excel and ensure accurate data recording.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, vendor payments & follow-ups.
• Prepare GST reports, monthly tax calculations, and coordinate GST filing.
• Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and daily financial transactions.
• Ensure timely invoicing, billing, and credit note management.
• Support monthly payroll processing coordination with HR (basic coordination only).
• Preparation of MIS reports, P&L, revenue summary, and financial statements.
• Assist in internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Maintain financial records as per company standards and compliance.

Requirements:-

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax will be preferred.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
