Key Responsibilities (Accounting & Financial Management)

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for multiple F&B client accounts, including sales, purchases, inventory, COGS, and POS/aggregator platforms
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely month-end closing
• Conduct and oversee physical inventory counts, inventory control, purchasing, and costing systems
• Ensure full compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT (FTA) filing, closing, and corporate tax requirements
• Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and advanced MS Excel for reporting and reconciliation
• Apply strong knowledge of F&B cost structures and hospitality accounting practices
• Demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Leverage a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of relevant F&B or hospitality accounting experience while managing multiple client accounts effectively
