Job Summary:

Ziqar Car Care is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing cash flow, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations within the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments; manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow.
• Manage payroll and ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
• Track inventory and coordinate with procurement to record costs and purchases.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support internal audits and assist external auditors during financial reviews.
• Work with service and sales teams to ensure correct billing for services and parts.
• Suggest improvements in financial operations and cost controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive or retail/service industry.
• Proficient in accounting related
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Experience with inventory accounting and service invoicing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
