Accountant

Al Naseeb Machine Spare Parts Manufacturing LLC is seeking a qualified Accountant to manage the company’s general accounting, VAT compliance, auditing, invoicing, payroll, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong financial expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:

• Maintain financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, including VAT filings, returns, and reconciliation.

• Prepare and process customer invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes.

• Manage petty cash, cash invoices, and daily financial transactions.

• Track bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow management.

• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in auditing preparations.

HR & Payroll Administration:

• Maintain HR records, payroll processing, and employee salary disbursements.

• Process WPS payments, leave tracking, and employee benefits.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws regarding payroll and employee financial records.

Shipment & Logistics Accounting:

• Prepare financial documentation for imports, exports, and customs clearance.

• Manage transportation arrangements and logistics-related expenses.

• Track customs duties, supplier payments, and shipping costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, financial reporting, and auditing requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

• Ability to handle multiple financial and administrative tasks with accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
