FIND_THE_RIGHTJOB.

* Monitor and control food & beverage costs in line with budget and targets

* Calculate and analyze food cost, beverage cost, and gross profit margins

* Review recipes, portion control, and wastage to ensure cost efficiency

* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and reconciliations

* Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes

* Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and FIFO compliance

* Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and management summaries

* Coordinate with Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Purchasing Department

* Control issuance of food, beverage, and consumables from stores

* Investigate cost discrepancies, shortages, and excess usage

* Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit standards

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and menu costing exercises

urgent requirement - Arabic speaker is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Cost controller: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
