  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in the same role. Freshers are welcome.
  • Accounting experience only in such as preparing P & L, Balance Sheets, cash flow & budget
  • Knowledge of Oracle / ERP based on accounting software on all the modules such as AP, AR, CE, FA, Inventory, Purchasing & GL, etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good analytical skills.
  • Strong Analytical, process-oriented, good communication and presentation skills, exposure to Oracle.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, reconciliations, general ledger journals, preparedness to learn more complex principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with individuals at all levels, team working and customer care skills, combined with discretion.
  • Excellent budget control skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adopts a proactive approach with an ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision, while recognizing issues that require referral.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proficient in English language (verbal and written).

Qualifications:

· Academic Qualification: Graduate – B Com
