Program Description:

In September 2024, PJT Partners Inc. acquired deNovo Partners, a leading advisory firm focused on the Middle East and headquartered in Dubai to continue to expand our global footprint.

The Advisory group is one of the most experienced investment banking teams in the industry, and has been involved in some of the largest, most complex transactions of the past twenty years. Our global team focuses on a diverse set of industries, including technology, media & telecommunications, energy, power & utilities, oil & gas, industrials, healthcare, and real estate, gaming & lodging.

The Off-Cycle Analyst Intern will have the opportunity to work across the Strategic Advisory Group in Dubai, from July-December 2026.

Responsibilities:

Off-Cycle Analyst Interns will work on a wide range of transactions including sell-sides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, private placements and leveraged buyouts. Off-Cycle Analysts are expected to be involved in the development, structuring and financing of transactions and will have the opportunity to attend internal and client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.

Off-Cycle Analyst Interns work will include:

> Financial analysis and modeling

> Drafting of client presentations

> Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use

> Conducting financial and other business-related research

> Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes

> Assistance in the execution of transactions

> Active involvement in client facing situations

Requirements:

To be considered for the 2026 Off-Cycle Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

> Currently enrolled as a full-time university student or a recent graduate

> Arabic language preferred but not mandatory

> Available to start from July 2026

> CV must include expected graduation month/year and grades
