Business Analyst
with
mandatory Big 4 consulting experience
to support
strategy formulation, new business initiatives, and market research
. The role will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, develop data-driven business cases, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Planning

Support corporate and business unit strategy development aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Conduct
strategic assessments
, competitive analysis, and benchmarking across industries and markets.

Translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
New Business & Growth Initiatives
-
Identify, assess, and evaluate
new business opportunities
, partnerships, and market entry strategies.

Develop
business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies
for new initiatives.

Support M&A, joint ventures, and expansion projects where applicable.
Market Research & Insights
-
Conduct in-depth
market, customer, and industry research
to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for leadership.

Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
Stakeholder & Leadership Support
-
Partner closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to support decision-making.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, marketing, and technology teams.
Mandatory Requirements
-
Big 4 consulting experience is mandatory
(Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).

Proven experience in
strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate strategy
roles.

Strong exposure to
new business development, market entry, or growth strategy projects
.

Advanced skills in
data analysis, financial modeling, and business case development
.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Experience working with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
