Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel functions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare clean, professional PowerPoint presentations summarizing key insights and recommendations for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate analytical outputs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all BI platforms and reporting tools.
- Build automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and increase reporting efficiency.
- Utilize SQL or similar query languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal systems and databases.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and generate performance insights as required by business leaders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI (dashboard creation, KPIs, visual storytelling).
- High-level skills in Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query, formula writing, data modelling).
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with other tools like Google Analytics, Python (basic), Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for a non-technical audience.
