*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance, and provide insights for business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and software.

*Responsibilities:*

- Record and manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).

- Knowledge of tax laws and accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS).

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- CA, CMA, or equivalent certification.

- Experience with ERP systems.
