Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations at our factory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory or manufacturing accounting and strong knowledge of cost control and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily factory accounts, vouchers, and ledgers
• Manage production costing, raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory
• Record purchase, sales, and expense entries related to factory operations
• Monitor stock movement and conduct periodic stock reconciliations
• Prepare monthly factory expense and cost reports for management
• Coordinate with Head Office finance team for reporting and audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic tax requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Factory Accountant or in manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of costing, inventory control, and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently at factory site
