ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to manage financial tracking, reporting, and cost control for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project-wise accounting records and cost tracking
• Prepare progress billing, invoices, and payment applications
• Monitor project budgets and report variances
• Handle retention, advance payments, and subcontractor reconciliations
• Coordinate with project managers on financial matters
• Prepare monthly project financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in project or construction accounting
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Knowledge of multi-currency transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
