accountant manages and reports on an organization's financial information by recording transactions, preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements), and analyzing data for budgeting and forecasting. They ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations, tax laws, and GAAP/IFRS standards. Key responsibilities include auditing, tax preparation, bank reconciliation, and advising management to improve financial performance. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and income statements. Analyze financial data to assess company performance and identify trends.
  • Bookkeeping & Documentation: Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Tax & Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in creating, implementing, and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Auditing & Risk Management: Conduct internal audits to identify inaccuracies, risks, or potential fraudulent activity.
  • Advisory: Provide insights to management to optimize costs, maximize profits, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Pay: ₹18,344.09 - ₹45,053.54 per month
