Accountant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and support accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts.
• Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in accordance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely follow-up and collections.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Prepare and verify SIF files and coordinate with banks for WPS processing.
• Liaise with management and external auditors as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar systems.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
