Accountant

Accountant Required – Transport Company (UAE)

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Accountant to join our transport company. The candidate must have strong experience in tax submission and full invoicing management, and must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and ensure full compliance with tax regulations
• Manage all company invoices, including issuing, recording, and follow-up
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain proper financial records and prepare monthly reports
• Monitor expenses, payments, and cash flow
• Coordinate with management on financial matters
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (transport field preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT filing and tax submission
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Experience using accounting software
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
