Accountant

Job description

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory accounts.
• Generate monthly or quarterly management accounts.
• Submit quarterly VAT returns.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records.
• Manage ledgers.
• Produce budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee cash flow and bank balances.
• Liaise with Companies House and other entities.
• Provide support for Accounts Administrator duties, including payroll and other responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experienced & Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CA, ICMA).
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite or Xero.
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with managers and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
