Accountant

Holiday Homes Company

We're looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing our financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present monthly revenue reports to management.
  • Ledger Maintenance: Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
  • AP/AR: Process vendor invoices and manage customer billing/collections.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, statements,.
  • Compliance: Support tax filings and gather documentation for audits.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within the holiday homes or real estate sector.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
