Accountant

Job Overview:

Safe Hands Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage the company’s financial operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to maintain accurate financial records, and experience working in a healthcare or service-based environment (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in VAT filing
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Monitor budgets and support management with financial analysis and reporting

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial regulations
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar systems)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day
• 6 days Working
