Job Summary:
The Accountant is responsible for managing the financial transactions, payroll processing, invoicing, and financial reporting of the manpower supply company. The role ensures accurate accounting records, compliance with local regulations, and timely financial support for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (receivables, payables, cash, and bank transactions).
- Prepare and issue client invoices as per manpower supply contracts.
- Follow up on client payments and maintain proper receivables records.
- Process payroll for deployed employees, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Maintain employee timesheets and verify billing accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, expense reports).
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, and company policies.
- Manage WPS (if applicable) and salary transfers.
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and financial records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (experience in manpower/recruitment company preferred).
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
