Accountant

Job Objective:
This role is positioned as a mid-level accounting and finance operational role with responsibilities across financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, compliance, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities (Extracted & Interpreted)

1. Financial Operations & Accounting

• Maintain and manage financial records and accounting transactions
• Handle general ledger, reconciliations, and financial documentation
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

2. Accounts Payable / Receivable

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for billing and payments
• Ensure compliance with company payment procedures

3. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Provide financial data for management and audits
• Support budgeting and financial monitoring activities

4. Compliance & Policies

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Follow financial control processes and internal audit requirements
• Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory compliance

5. Systems & Tools

• Work with accounting systems (Oracle is mentioned in the text)
• Use ERP and financial systems for data entry and tracking

Pay: QAR4,500.00 per month
