The ideal candidate will have a valid Qatar ID (QID) with at least 3 months validity and be ready to transfer sponsorship immediately. ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Agent to man our customer service stations across the Precinct. Handle guest enquiries, manage sales, and ensure all public areas remain clean and welcoming.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service &amp; Desk Operations<ul><li>Customer service stations and implement service strategies on each shift</li><li>Ensure correct setup of Concierge Desk, Telephone System, Music System, and POS Machines; report issues to Call Center</li><li>Respond to all incoming calls and desk enquiries promptly and professionally</li><li>Provide accurate information about events, activities, prices, and tickets</li><li>Lead tour groups around the Park when required</li><li>Meet and greet local and international visitors</li></ul>Financial &amp; Sales Duties<ul><li>Collect fees and assist with ticket sales</li><li>Manage Daily Petty Cash Float for Gift Vouchers, Business Services, and Water Shuttle Services</li><li>Maintain logs for credit card and cash sales; distribute to Call Center Supervisor</li><li>Ensure timely handover of sales receivables and daily banking of sales</li><li>Upload daily credit/debit card sales via POS and produce batch reports</li></ul>Inspections &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Conduct daily walkthroughs of Park public toilets and facilities; report cleanliness issues</li><li>Maintain daily log of calls and tickets logged with Call Center</li><li>Complete Daily Customer Service Report and submit to Supervisor</li><li>Issue monthly reports: Maintenance Log, Ticket Sales, Lost &amp; Found</li></ul>Administration &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Update key log book for Contractors/Operations Department</li><li>Coordinate taxi, limousine, valet, and premium parking requests</li><li>Promote TPQ loyalty programs and handle related issues</li><li>Return all out-of-hours enquiries received via Call Center</li></ul>Team &amp; Culture<ul><li>Maintain neat, professional appearance (5-star uniform standard)</li><li>Attend weekly Customer Service meetings</li><li>Handle customer complaints effectively, even with disgruntled guests</li><li>Assist other departments (Community Services, etc.) as required by management</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of customer service experience (hospitality/parks preferred)</li><li>Cash handling &amp; POS skills</li><li>Shift flexibility (weekends/holidays)</li><li>Expertise in Excel,Word and Outlook.</li></ul>Pay: QAR4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you agree with the salary bracket provided (QAR 4,000) ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to join our bank&rsquo;s HR team.
