ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Agent to man our customer service stations across the Precinct. Handle guest enquiries, manage sales, and ensure all public areas remain clean and welcoming.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Desk Operations
- Customer service stations and implement service strategies on each shift
- Ensure correct setup of Concierge Desk, Telephone System, Music System, and POS Machines; report issues to Call Center
- Respond to all incoming calls and desk enquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about events, activities, prices, and tickets
- Lead tour groups around the Park when required
- Meet and greet local and international visitors
Financial & Sales Duties
- Collect fees and assist with ticket sales
- Manage Daily Petty Cash Float for Gift Vouchers, Business Services, and Water Shuttle Services
- Maintain logs for credit card and cash sales; distribute to Call Center Supervisor
- Ensure timely handover of sales receivables and daily banking of sales
- Upload daily credit/debit card sales via POS and produce batch reports
Inspections & Reporting
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of Park public toilets and facilities; report cleanliness issues
- Maintain daily log of calls and tickets logged with Call Center
- Complete Daily Customer Service Report and submit to Supervisor
- Issue monthly reports: Maintenance Log, Ticket Sales, Lost & Found
Administration & Coordination
- Update key log book for Contractors/Operations Department
- Coordinate taxi, limousine, valet, and premium parking requests
- Promote TPQ loyalty programs and handle related issues
- Return all out-of-hours enquiries received via Call Center
Team & Culture
- Maintain neat, professional appearance (5-star uniform standard)
- Attend weekly Customer Service meetings
- Handle customer complaints effectively, even with disgruntled guests
- Assist other departments (Community Services, etc.) as required by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of customer service experience (hospitality/parks preferred)
- Cash handling & POS skills
- Shift flexibility (weekends/holidays)
- Expertise in Excel,Word and Outlook.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
