HR Operation (Arabic)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to join our bank’s HR team. You will handle day-to-day HR administration, payroll support, employee lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with Qatari Labour Law and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, contracts, leaves, benefits, and offboarding
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance (WPS knowledge is a plus)
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system (HRMS)
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and bank benefits
  • Assist with internal and external audits

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR Operations, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Skills: Good knowledge of Qatari Labour Law, MS Excel, and HRMS (Oracle/SAP is a plus)
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Pay: QAR5,500.00 per month
