Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking
  • Handle employee relations and provide HR support to staff
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Support HR policy development and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR (construction industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
