A leading company in the State of Qatar is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise required to manage all HR operations in accordance with professional best practices and applicable Qatari labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with corporate goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, sourcing, and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Operations Management: Manage personnel administration, payroll, leaves, and performance appraisal systems.
- Talent Development: Create training programs, career development paths, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Qatar Labor Law and all related government regulations.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and handle workplace disputes.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert counsel to executive management on all HR-related matters.
- Reporting & Metrics: Prepare periodic HR reports and track departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Local Regulations: In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, Ministry of Labour procedures, and residency/visa regulations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Systems: Proficiency in HRIS (HR software) and administrative reporting.
