We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting workforce management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily HR operations and administration activities
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, and performance management processes
  • Supervise HR team members and ensure efficient HR service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across departments
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR investigations
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide reports and recommendations to management
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee engagement initiatives

Key Requirements:

✅ Male candidate preferred
✅ Muslim candidate preferred
✅ 8–12 years of total HR experience
✅ Minimum 2–5 years in a supervisory or managerial HR role
✅ Manufacturing, industrial, contracting, or production industry experience preferred
✅ Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration
✅ Good knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HRMS/ERP systems
✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
