General Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (CNC routers, drilling, and cutting machines) for wood-based materials such as MDF, plywood, chipboard, and solid wood.</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM programs, work orders, and production specifications.</li><li>Load materials, align fixtures, and ensure accurate cutting, drilling, grooving, and shaping operations.</li><li>Adjust machine parameters such as speed, depth, tooling, and feed rates to meet quality and production standards.</li><li>Inspect finished components for accuracy, surface quality, and dimensional compliance.</li><li>Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and transfer of finished parts to the next production stage.</li><li>Follow all safety regulations, quality control procedures, and housekeeping standards.</li><li>Report machine issues, tool wear, material defects, or production delays to the Production Supervisor.</li><li>Coordinate with design, cutting, edge banding, and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a wood or furniture manufacturing environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CNC routers and woodworking CNC machinery.</li><li>Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software and CNC programming is an advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of woodworking materials, tools, and production processes.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and follow precise instructions.</li><li>High attention to detail, quality, and productivity.</li><li>Physically fit to handle materials and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Reliable team player with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join?</li><li>How much is your salary expectation?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
