Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Agency Relationship Management:</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between the company and various agencies.</li><li>Negotiate and establish contracts with agencies to ensure favourable terms.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships to support business goals.</li><li>Procurement Operations:</li><li>Oversee procurement processes related to agencies, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li><li>Evaluate agency performance and recommend improvements or changes to contracts as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to align agency procurement with company objectives.</li><li>Supply Chain Coordination:</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of agency services within the overall supply chain.</li><li>Monitor and manage the timely delivery of services/products from agencies.</li><li>Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize the supply chain with a focus on agency collaboration.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting:</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on agency procurement activities, costs, and efficiencies.</li><li>Maintain records of contracts, negotiations, and performance assessments.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).</li><li>Experience: 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably with exposure to agency management.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong negotiation and contract management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Analytical mindset for evaluating agency performance and cost structures.</li><li>Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join?</li><li>How much is your salary expectation?</li><li>Do you speak Arabic?</li></ul>
