We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Document Controller to support our Wood Division.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing documentation processes, assisting estimators with order processing, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of invoices and project-related documents.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist estimators in preparing and processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices.</li><li>Accurately input project data, customer information, and order details into the company system.</li><li>Manage, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents in accordance with company procedures.</li><li>Ensure all project files, drawings, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices are properly filed and updated.</li><li>Track document revisions and maintain document control registers.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, estimation, production, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide timely updates regarding order status and documentation.</li><li>Verify document accuracy and completeness before submission or distribution.</li><li>Prepare regular reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in document control, administration, customer service, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in the wood, joinery, fit-out, manufacturing, or construction industry is an advantage.</li><li>Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems or document management software is preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.</li><li>Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.</li><li>Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join?</li><li>How much is your salary expectation?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

HR Manager

<ul><li>Receive and manage enquiries through walk-in customers, WhatsApp, email, and sales team referrals.</li><li>Understand customer requirements, site conditions, and project scope in detail.</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates covering materials, Service, manpower, installation, subcontracting, and associated services.</li><li>Apply approved profit margins and prepared competitive pricing.</li><li>Prepare AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical sketches with complete information for production and fabrication.</li><li>Prepare, review, and issue professional quotations within required timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with production, drafting, procurement, and stores teams to confirm feasibility and cost accuracy.</li><li>Clarify technical and commercial queries with customers and internal teams.</li><li>Revise estimates, drawings, and quotations based on customer feedback or scope changes.</li><li>Maintain organized records of enquiries, estimates, drawings, quotations, and revisions.</li><li>Support sales follow-ups and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.</li><li>Ensure all estimations comply with company standards, cost control policies, and quality requirements.</li><li>Provide clear and accurate documentation for production to ensure customer requirements are met.</li><li>Can speak, Tamil, Hindi and English</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join?</li><li>How much is your salary expectation?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
