Estimator for Fit out Projects and Wood Works

• Receive and manage enquiries through walk-in customers, WhatsApp, email, and sales team referrals.
• Understand customer requirements, site conditions, and project scope in detail.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates covering materials, Service, manpower, installation, subcontracting, and associated services.
• Apply approved profit margins and prepared competitive pricing.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical sketches with complete information for production and fabrication.
• Prepare, review, and issue professional quotations within required timelines.
• Coordinate with production, drafting, procurement, and stores teams to confirm feasibility and cost accuracy.
• Clarify technical and commercial queries with customers and internal teams.
• Revise estimates, drawings, and quotations based on customer feedback or scope changes.
• Maintain organized records of enquiries, estimates, drawings, quotations, and revisions.
• Support sales follow-ups and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Ensure all estimations comply with company standards, cost control policies, and quality requirements.
• Provide clear and accurate documentation for production to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Can speak, Tamil, Hindi and English

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
